Crazy

I discovered yesterday that a certain lifeguard that I used to work with has now graduated from college and is on a cross country drive to CA where he now has a job designing airplane parts. Crazy. And here I am working at a theatre trying to fill out some stupid self evaluation form and drinking a Sobe. The new Harry Potter book has been in our house long enough for Holly and her mom to finish it before Amazon.com has shipped us the UK version of the book, which was supposed to be at our house on the day of it’s release. I have read 3 chapters. I’m slacking. Today is Holly’s last class of this summer session which means that I will not have to get up at 7 am after getting home at 1-3am in the morning. Phew. Holly and Mary’s book, “No Slippers” is officially on sale at Amazon.com. For $10.95 you can have your very own copy. Now we are waiting for BarnesandNoble.com to start selling it. Anyway. Friday is my birthday and I so much look forward to going to Gordon Bierch. I am sad to say that none of my friends will be celebrating it with me. But I am very happy to say that I get to spend it with my wife and son. And I look forward to that. Wife, son and Gordon Biersch. What more can I ask for? Well, there is that gift. You know the one I haven’t gotten yet. Yeah that one. If I knew what is was, I might be able to ask for that too. Anyway, I should be getting back to work.
